Door Stiles and Rails - Mouser produces doors using mortise/tenon and dowelled miter joint assembly methods. The mortise/tenon construction insures consistent quality and stability for both recessed and raised panel doors. The doweled miter joint features finger grooves that restrict any vertical or horizontal movement after assembly. This beautifully designed joinery eliminates exposed end grain and creates many unique, extremely attractive door styles.

Face Frames - Solid wood, glue/doweled face frames insure case rigidity and squareness.

|
Dovetailed Drawers - 5/8" thick, solid wood dovetailed drawers.

|
Drawer Slide Options - Dovetail drawer boxes have 5/8" solid maple sides, backs and fronts, and are mounted on Blum Tandem Concealed Undermount Full Extension Slides. Drawer bottoms are 1/4" maple/birch plywood, fully captured on all four sides with optional 1/2" bottoms also available. Dovetail are drawers are standard on Mouser Custom Cabinetry in both the Vintage and WoodBridge series.

Optional upgrade slide systems include the
Blum Heavy Duty Tandem Slide, and the Accuride full-extension 100 lb. or 200 lb. slide. All drawers and drawer slides provided on Mouser Custom Cabinetry are covered under a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Hinge Options
- The specified hinge used on all Mouser Custom Cabinetry partial overlay doors is the adjustable, semi-concealed, self-closing Youngdale knife hinge available in a Burnished Brass, Bright Brass, White or Nickel finish.
- An optional 110-degree self-closing, fully-concealed Blum hinge with Blumotion is available on most
partial overlay door styles and is required on all full-overlay door styles.
- Also, available on E-9 and E-10 door edge treatments on partial overlay is your
choice of Offset Knife Hinge or Offset Barrel Hinge.
Each hinge used by Mouser Custom Cabinetry carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty. If a consumer wishes to choose from an additional hardware selection, Mouser offers the choice of selecting from an optional hardware group or the option to drill for hardware only. The drill for hardware option gives the consumer the opportunity to make hardware selections from an outside source.
